It is the purpose of The Baltimore County Gymnastics
program to provide all of its participants with quality gymnastics
instruction in a safety conscious environment. The program is designed
to facilitate the learning of gymnastics on all levels from the
recreational level to the competitive level. Children are asked
to participate on the competitive team when they show strong ability
at the recreational level. The Baltimore County Gymnastics Parent's
Club is an organization whose purpose is to help with fundraising
and organizing activities in the interest of the children. All are
invited to be a part of this organization, which meets every other
month.
Some important information to be aware of in regard
to the program is as follows:

registration, the parent must be present to fill out the
registration form and receive a copy of the rules and policies.

Checks should be made out to Baltimore County Gymnastics, Inc.
There will be a $10.00 charge for all NSF checks.
-

General Information
-
Parents must wait in the lobby with their children
until the instructor calls them into the gym. The children may
line up behind the sign post which indicates their level. Parents
are not allowed in the gym, however you are welcome to watch
through the observation windows.
-
Upon dismissal, parents must be in the lobby ready
to pick up the children as the instructor brings them out. (Please
be on time...The kids get very upset when they don't
see you!)
-
The children should come dressed ready to participate.
Girls may wear a leotard, bike shorts, or comfortable close
fitting clothing. Hair should be pulled back and no jewelry
should be worn. Sweat clothes are acceptable in cold weather.
Boys may wear bike shorts, nylon shorts, and T-shirts. Pants
with belt loops, zippers, or snaps are prohibited, as are large
oversized T-shirts (this applies to both boys and girls). The
children should be bare footed.
-
